For someone who has already left a country, retrieving a forgotten phone can be difficult. Distance, collection arrangements, airport procedures and international delivery can all complicate what initially seems like a simple task.
That is why Ana Kurye provides local assistance for international travellers who need their belongings collected and returned. The first photograph captures the Istanbul side of this story: Özlem holding the recovered phone and giving a thumbs up.
