On October 9, 2026, Ana Kurye received a WhatsApp message from Claudia Williams, an international visitor staying at a hotel in Istanbul.
Claudia needed groceries, fresh restaurant food and drinking water delivered to her hotel.
Her request was more involved than a typical grocery delivery. She needed someone to visit a supermarket, purchase specific products, collect freshly prepared Turkish köfte from a restaurant and organize delivery to her hotel.
Ana Kurye coordinated the shopping and restaurant collection through one personalized courier service.

Supermarket Shopping and Fresh Restaurant Pickup
This order required shopping at more than one location.
Ana Kurye first coordinated the restaurant order for freshly cooked köfte.
The restaurant quoted TRY 650 for the meatballs.
While the food was being prepared, our courier continued with the supermarket shopping.
This approach allowed the supermarket purchases and restaurant collection to be coordinated as one service.
Throughout the process, the customer remained in contact with our team to confirm individual products and additional requests.
Claudia also added two bananas after the initial shopping list had been submitted.
Our service was not limited to transporting a package. It involved communicating with the customer, selecting products, coordinating a restaurant pickup and arranging hotel delivery.
Transparent Shopping and Delivery Pricing
Before the shopping began, Claudia requested information about the service fee.
Ana Kurye explained that the shopping and delivery service fee was separate from the actual cost of groceries and restaurant food.
After discussing the shopping requirements, a reduced service fee of TRY 2,500 was agreed upon.
Claudia also explained that she would be paying in euros.
Product purchases were handled separately, with receipts provided for the shopping.
This helped the customer understand the service charge and product costs.
These amounts relate only to this order in October 2026. They are historical examples, not fixed current prices; each new request receives its own quote.
