Ask hotel reception to confirm the luggage is held and ready for an authorized handover. Share the bag count and size so a suitable vehicle can be assessed, and agree the next delivery point before pickup.
Confirm the holding contact, authorization, destination and suitable transport before dispatch. Timing and carrier acceptance are assessed for each request.
