Name the correct airport and terminal contact
Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen are different destinations. Provide the airport, a reachable contact and the area where the handover is proposed. A flight number can help explain timing, but it does not replace a confirmed meeting location or permission to enter.
Allow time for the city route and the handover
The pickup address, traffic, item readiness and access checks all affect feasibility. Send the actual deadline, including when the recipient will pass through security. We review the plan before accepting the task and cannot promise that a late enquiry will reach a departing passenger.
A found item follows a separate release process
If your item is held by a Lost & Found office, first obtain found-item confirmation and collection instructions. The airport office, airline or other holder decides who may collect it. Luggage and documents need different preparation
Give the approximate size and number of packages so the transport method can be reviewed. Keep documents in a suitable envelope and make sure luggage is ready for the agreed contact to release. Tell us about onward travel or storage constraints before the pickup is booked.
